HyperFlux Membranes

Unlike outside-in filtration, as seen with submerged membrane technology, our robust tubular UF membranes enable operators to sustain higher flux rates with less frequent cleanings and reduced maintenance.

Ideal for low-load wastewater treatment and similar applications.

Advantage:

8 mm diameter​

For high-load wastewater with high solids, oil or colloids content.

Typical applications:
MBR, AnMBR, industrial wastewater treatment.

Advantage:
Excellent fouling resistance under high loads

12.7 mm diameter

Especially for high TSS/high viscosity streams, such as sludge handling or food & beverage applications.

Advantage:
Lower pressure drops across the membrane and improved energy efficiency.

HyperFlux LE Membranes

Unlike conventional tubular UF membranes, the HyperFlux LE series is designed for full backwash capability, allowing operators to periodically clean the membrane from the outside to in. This mechanical cleaning step reduces reversible fouling, stabilizes flux over longer operating periods, and minimizes the need for chemical cleaning.

5.5 mm diameter

Ideal for low- to medium-load wastewater with moderate solids or colloids.

Advantage:
High packing density in the module → compact systems with a smaller footprint

8 mm diameter

For higher-load wastewater containing solids, emulsions, or fouling-prone components.

Typical applications:
MBR/AnMBR, industrial wastewater treatment, process water recycling.

Advantage:
Excellent fouling resistance under varying loads and optimized hydraulic behavior during backwash.

HyperFlux CR Membranes

HyperFlux CR membranes are developed for applications that require enhanced chemical cleaning compatibility and long-term membrane stability, especially in industrial wastewater streams with high fouling potential. While not designed for solvent resistance, HyperFlux CR membranes tolerate frequent and intensive acid and caustic cleaning, making them suitable for processes where robust cleaning cycles are essential for maintaining stable flux.

Ideal for lower-load industrial wastewater where higher packing density is desired and footprint matters.

High membrane packing density → more compact module designs.
